RUBILYN DURAN BAAN, a 33-year-old woman from Lupon Davao Oriental. She has 2 children ages 11 & 8. She has 3 brothers and 2 sisters and among them she is the 2nd child. Her 59-year-old father works as a security guard and and 50-year-old mother is a housekeeper. For her, her parents were her primary educators. Her parents were also the ones who taught her good manners and behavior. She finished her secondary education in RizalMemorialCollege and graduated in year 1995. After graduating from high school, she already engaged in different kinds of work like sales lady in a supermarket from 1995-1996 and in another establishment wherein she was assigned to do food canning from 1996-1998. She was selected to work in Singapore in year 2003 and served Chinese family for 5 years. Currently, she is serving a Chinese-Malay family since 2009 WITH GOOD EMPLOYMENT RECORD IN SINGAPORE.

1) An applicant who claims to be a hardworking person. She is proficient in doing basic household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, dish washing, ironing, and can do basic gardening. She is good in looking after young children as she has 5 years of experience in this duty. Her duties were bathing, changing clothes, feeding, and helping them in preparing for school. She is also capable of doing elderly care duties like preparing the elderly's food, giving of medicine, and accompanying the elderly while taking a walk in the park. She has skills in cooking Filipino, Chinese, and Western food.

2) Philippines (1999 - 2000) Served a Filipino family living in a bungalow house with 3 children ages 18, 14, & 6. She was an all around maid responsible for doing basic household chores, child care, and cooking meals. After a year of service, she decided to look for another job that has better income so she can provide the needs of her children.

3) Singapore (Aug 2003-Dec 2008 / Mar 2009-present) Initially served a Chinese family living in a condominium with 1 child aged 6. She was an all around maid responsible for doing basic housework, child care, and cooking Chinese food. She finished her contract for this family and had served them for 5 years. Currently, she is serving a Chinese-Malay family living in a condominium with an 88-year-old elderly. Aside from doing housework and cooking, she is also responsible for taking care of the elderly. She is the one preparing his food, giving medicine, and accompanying him while taking a walk in the park.

4) Application for country outside Singapore : Canada , UK , Norway , Spain , Denmark , Australia …. and others. She is available anytime. This applicant can work not only as nanny or maids, but they can also work in a factory or other forms of employment as long as they get bigger compensation than they are currently receiving ranging from Singapore S$400.00 -  S$650.00 per month. Most of them are College Graduate / Level with specialize training and with good command of English. Interested employers / Employment Agency to process the working visa on the destination country.
